Designed for people already teaching and  aspiring to become teachers. I offer online mentoring. To deepen their knowledge and skills. Making them more confident. With greater awareness towards catering to mental health needs. As well as teaching yoga functionally. Through additional anatomy training. This helps teachers skeletal variation. An important concept not taught in most teacher trainings. I also help teachers inspire students by weaving themes into their classes.

My approach is trauma-informed and trauma-aware, designed to help you feel supported in your body. Not pushed beyond it.

Those seeking yoga for mental health and nervous system regulation
Rather than following a one-size-fits-all method. I focus on meeting you where you are and helping you rebuild strength, confidence, and trust in your body at your own pace.

It’s about creating a space where your body can feel supported, understood, and safe to change.
