TIMING FOR MULTIPLE STYLES

Learning why and how to take the time of day and season into account when class planning. For Chair Yoga, Static Hatha Yoga
Yin Yoga, Yang/Yin, Vinyasa Flow & Restorative Yoga

THEMING FOR MULTIPLE STYLES

Which themes go best with certain styles, which meditations and pranayama suit the theme. Self inquiring questions to deepen the experience. For all styles that I teach.

Teaching Yoga Functionally 

To help you understand the importance of skeletal variation. Rather than memorising universal alignment cues. Enabling you to sequence intelligently.

Mental Health Needs

How to cater for your students mental health. This is an important skill to teach you effectively.

Variations & Alternate Poses 

Including progressions and regressions. This is important for all styles of Hatha Yoga. To cater for injuries, medical conditions and each student's level go experience.

Prop Usage 

For all styles. To make poses accessible, to change the target area, to turn the pose into a restorative pose or vice versa.  To stress the target area more or less. To change the target area.  Add in another target area or create space in a pose.

How it's Delivered

All online via Zoom.with a copy of the recording.
You also get a copy of the recording to access via my website. Along with any other resources (if required).
