Big Announcement

I have a big announcement! I’m so excited to share that I’m launching a 12 week online coaching program designed to teach yogis and future yoga lovers who may be feeling stressed, down or anxious how to take a holistic approach to their mental health so they can have more energy and feel less stressed and happier. 

3 months into my yoga practice I was able to quit smoking after many failed attempts. This helped me  realise what the potentials are of a regular yoga practice in relation to improving mental health. Smoking was my main tool for coping with stress and it was very unhealthy.
Initially, I relied on attending yoga classes as my only practice. These days the majority of my practice is at home.  

 It works because it’s based on my unique mix of accessible yoga that doesn’t have to involve postures, movement, nutrition, mindset and time management. It helps you cultivate your own daily practice. 

It’s different from everything you have tried before because I realise how unique we all are and that a one size approach doesn’t work. 

This program is designed for both people who have already practiced yoga and for people new to yoga. No experience, flexibility or fitness required!

I totally understand this needs to fit into your busy lifestyle, work family commitments…my program definitely caters for that. It also helps you develop a long term strategy.

My calendar is actually filling up. I’ve already had a number of inquiries and calls taken. I can only can take  6 more people into this first round. This first round will be running as a BETA round and will be offered at a 20% discount, so this is a one of chance to do this course at this price.
